Competition and period
Confirm whether you are viewing rugby union or rugby league and the competition attached to the fixture. Check whether the selected result covers regulation time or includes a later period. A displayed team name alone does not tell you which settlement convention applies.
Handicaps and totals
A handicap adjusts the selected team result for settlement; it does not change the official score. Read whether the line is a whole or half point and how a tie on the adjusted result is handled. For points totals, check the relevant match period and the handling of interruptions.
Availability and price
The live local sportsbook is the source of current fixtures and available markets. We do not claim a fixed number of rugby leagues or a market that is guaranteed for every event. Recheck the betslip immediately before acceptance.
Handicap example
Suppose a hypothetical team wins by six points and your selection applies a handicap of minus 6.5. The adjusted result is below zero, so winning the match does not by itself win that selection. With a whole-point line, a result exactly on the handicap needs the operator rule for that market. Check whether the market has two outcomes or a draw option before using the example.
For live rugby, check the time at which the handicap was accepted and which period it covers. A changed line after a score is not evidence that an earlier bet was accepted at that new line.
A practical review before confirming
- Select the correct country service and event.
- Read the complete market and period in the betslip.
- Confirm the price and stake at the acceptance step.
- Keep the accepted reference and consult the relevant rules if settlement is disputed.
Protect your spending limit
Decide your maximum spend before following an event. Do not increase it to recover an earlier loss or because a broadcast personality sounds confident. A selection can lose even when the event analysis appears persuasive. Set account controls using the operator tools and take a break if wagering becomes difficult to control.
