Set limits before a session

Choose an amount you can afford to lose after essential expenses. Keep borrowing, bill payments and emergency savings outside your gambling budget. Decide a time limit too. A previous loss is not a reason to raise the next stake.

  • Use the operator account controls for spending, loss or time limits where available.
  • Avoid automatic repeat bets until you understand the total exposure.
  • Take a break if you are chasing losses or hiding spending.
  • Ask about self-exclusion if a short pause does not restore control.

Use the local operator tools

Look for Responsible Gambling, Limits, Timeout or Self-exclusion in the relevant country account. Read how a restriction is applied and whether it covers the entire service. App deletion alone does not establish an operator account block.

South Africa independent help

The South Africa operator footer publishes the National Responsible Gambling Programme helpline 0800 006 008 and WhatsApp help 076 675 0710. Check the programme website for current contact information and support options.

If you are in Zambia

Ask the local operator for its account-restriction and self-exclusion process. This edition has not verified a Zambia-specific independent helpline. For urgent distress or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a local health professional. Do not assume the South Africa freephone service is accessible from Zambia.

Adults only

The site is intended for adults. The South Africa operator states an age restriction of 18. Check the applicable local rules and prevent children from accessing a funded account or saved credentials.
